Sessions are held weekly in person or online via Zoom and last 50 minutes for individuals & 1 hour for couples.
A minimum commitment of 6 weekly sessions is recommended.
Therapy with me is open ended and regularly reviewed in terms of progress.

I keep a number of spaces for concessions and low cost clients so if your income is affected please still enquire. I am currently operating a waiting list as all reduced fee slots are taken.

Therapy works best with a commitment to yourself to work on you and usually this will take more than one session.
We can meet (online) for an assessment to see what is best for you.
I am affiliated with Vitality Health and can offer sessions via them, otherwise all arrangements are direct between us.
I currently do not offer sessions for young children or teenagers but that may change in the future so please keep in touch.
Since Covid-19 all sessions have gone online and both new and existing clients have reported that it works well for them. In many cases it's preferable. It will make no overall difference to the benefit or quality of the work.
When you contract to work with me I will assign you a code and will not store you personal details. I adhere to a strict code of ethics with the BACP and can assure you I will maintain absolute confidentiality at all times.
Only if I feel your life or the life of another is at risk will I consider breaking this.
I am happy to try to reschedule a session if you can give me 48 hours notice. If I am unable to we will meet the following week.
If you need to cancel a session I kindly request 24 hours notice or the full fee will be charged.
